Stayed on a work visit.. Rooms are great for extended stay.. Amenities and tons of room. Dishes were provided in room as well for use. Beds were clean and comfortable.. Was a little upset when I asked to add my aeroplan number and was told first i dont think you can....then after i explaines was on the website well i had to go see someone else blah blah I dont feel like helping you right now.. otherwise is a decent stop for staying.. no pool or fitness but not everyone needs those.. Definitely will use again.. Dukes Restaurant has great service and amazing food as well.. The Greek salad i ate for 2 days!!
Rooms I’ve stayed in always met expectations, although some co-workers have had complaints. Some staff seem pretty slack, but if you need something, they’re right on it! The location sucks, but as a trucker stop I could imagine it appeals to its target consumer. The gem of this place however is in the restaurant, absolutely delicious food every time, and very affordable; including the alcohol considering what they could get away with. Not to mention bartenders always going above and beyond what one can expect.
I love staying at the Nova Inn when I am in Acheson AB. The people there are so friendly and I have got to know them because I have stayed there several times. I consider them my family away from family when I'm there. They are always happy to see me and to help me or accommodate me when I need them. The restaurant that is part of the establishment serves great food, and the waitresses are always smiling and always seem happy to see me also. I'm never disappointed when I stay there.
Nice big room. Very comfortable bed. Warm and welcoming staff. Love the smoking room option. Highly recommended! Duke's is great! Best nachos ever! Steff is a phenomenal server! Super friendly and doesn't miss a beat! Thank you for wonderful service and food!
I chose this hotel based on location and access. The service was great! Very friendly staff. The attached pub had good food as well as choices. It is definitely a choice for trade workers and truckers based on the location. There are other food choices around if you do explore. If you need to stop on your travels or just want a smaller chain hotel then you may want to consider the Nova Inn. I would stay here again.
I completely enjoyed my stay at this motel. Darcy is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She showed how much she cares and made me feel like I have met a friend. I have bad knees and she moved me to a closer room to the front doors, helped me get my room door to work and even went and got me ice. Best person I've met on my trip from WI to the Yukon and on my way back so far.
Decent place to stay. Price is right, room is clean and Decent enough. Nothing fancy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again
Recently stayed at the hotel . The lady named Darcy at the front desk was awesome , she was friendly, helpful and a pleasant person to deal with. On a scale of 1 to 10 for her professionalism Darcy gets a 20, the cleaning staff was equally as good , a girl named Hannah knocked on our door to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything, the cleaning staff also gets a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10. . Enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back.. thank you for the hospitality Nova inn
